apprenticeships

what are the benefits?

who is it for?

Zen employees can now apply to study on fully funded apprenticeship programmes. This could be to support the development of foundational skills in an entry level role, or to support further role specific skills when moving into a new role. In addition there are foundation and degree level programmes available for people looking at longer term senior management development.

Programmes now cover wider business skills such as problem solving, communication and project management. These skills would be covered in addition to the specific sets of knowledge and technical skills for the vocational area.

You will gain an official certification of your skills, ranging from level 2 (GCSE equivalent) up to degree level.

how is an apprenticeship delivered?

Apprenticeships offer flexible delivery methods that fit around the workplace, which could include:-

  • Block attendance on workshops
  • On-site workshops and coach-led sessions
  • Online webinars and workshops
  • Digital learning
